Directions
Always begin use with one Inferno capsule daily to assess tolerance! Never exceed more than 3 total capsules daily or more than two caps in a four hour period. As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 capsules before morning cardiovascular and/or resistance exercise. To avoid muscle catabolism (breakdown), during a workout, always ingest some type of high grade protein prior to training. Do not consume Inferno on an empty stomach. Consuming Inferno on an empty stomach may cause nauseousness.
